To be eligible for a member registration you must be a current member of ONE of the following organisations:
FACTA Australia
FACTA represents the professional interests of practitioners engaged in the conduct of forensic and clinical toxicology in Australia, New Zealand and our regional neighbours. FACTA aims to promote science-based practice and disseminate knowledge of the principles of forensic and clinical toxicology and related drug testing disciplines.
TIAFT
The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists (TIAFT) promotes cooperation, coordination of efforts and research in forensic toxicology. Members actively engaged in analytical toxicology (or allied areas) are welcome, and come from all corners of the globe. Professional and ethical conduct is expected of all members.
Student **
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution (e.g. a University or TAFE). Students must be currently enrolled in part or full-time studies to qualify for the discounted rate.
Accompanying Partners Social Package
If you're attending TIAFT 2025 and have an accompanying partner, we offer the Accompanying Partners Social Package. This package provides access to social events at a discounted rate. Alternatively, individual tickets for each event can also be purchased.

The Accompanying Partners Social Package includes:
- Welcome Reception – Sunday, 23 November 2025: $80 per ticket
- Gala Dinner – Thursday, 27 November 2025: $200 per ticket
- Half-Day Tour and Post-Tour Function – Wednesday, 26 November 2025: additional ticket cannot be purchased
The full Accompanying Partners Social Package can be purchased for $480, offering a significant discount compared to purchasing tickets individually.
Additional Information:
- If your partner does not wish to attend any of the social functions, the registration fee will remain the same, and no discount will apply.
- The Half-Day Tour offers a selection of options to choose from during the registration process. Please note that some tours have limited availability. You can select from the following tour options:

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation of Registration Deadline: 24 September 2025
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Meeting Secretariat. Cancellations made by 24 September 2025 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 9 November 2025 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after 24 September 2025 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The Meeting Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.
Disclaimer
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the website. The Meeting and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the Meeting Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the Meeting Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Meeting does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Meeting Postponement
In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Meeting dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the Meeting Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.
Meeting Cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of the Meeting, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
