The in-person registration rate is applicable for those attending TIAFT 2025 at the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) in Auckland, New Zealand.

Membership Registration
To be eligible for a member registration you must be a current member of the following organisations:FACTA Australia
FACTA Inc was established in July 2010 by Professor Olaf Drummer, Victoria – Australia. The association represents the professional interests of practitioners engaged in the conduct of forensic and clinical toxicology in Australia and our regional neighbours.
TIAFT
The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists (TIAFT) promotes cooperation, coordination of efforts and research in forensic toxicology. Members actively engaged in analytical toxicology (or allied areas) are welcome, and come from all corners of the globe. Professional and ethical conduct is expected of all members.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for registrations made by 24 September 2025 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers. The Organising Committee reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances.
Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution (e.g. a university or TAFE).
Students must be currently enrolled in part or full-time studies to qualify for the discounted rate. Students will be asked to provide proof of student status during the registration process.
Registration Alterations
Delegates must note that some social functions may reach their capacity limits and tickets are only guaranteed on a first come first served basis. From 24 September 2025, no refunds will be provided for a transfer of registration. There will be no cancellation allowance for failure to secure a visa to New Zealand. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registration. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

In registering for this Conference relevant details (name/organisation/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list and may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Conference including, but not limited to; venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers and future Conferences. However, to ensure your privacy, your email address and personal information will not be shared outside of ACM and the Conference Secretariat (ICMS Australasia).
